  1. All these flowers are pretty in their own right, Liz. It’s interesting to see how you bookended your selection. I have always thought that Anthurium looked artificial, almost like plastic, not unlike those happy-making flowers in your first photo.

    1. Yesterday turned out nice for a few hours so it was great to be out and about in Invercargill. Many days recently, at home, have been grey and cloudy, rainy at times. Some poplars are completely bare now but there’s still plenty of colourful foliage on the whole. As soon as stormy weather comes through it’ll mostly be gone though!
