Amazing. A rare moment with a bee. The petals getting a golden light colour… very nice.

What an amazing capture by you, Ms. Liz, of a bee’s brief moment of rest! A nap is an understandable necessity to keep at bay the exhaustion that this wee bee must experience buzzing from flower to flower collecting pollen. Then, the task not finished, the dear little pollinator must safely deliver it to the hive. Why, I grow tired just thinking about it! “Bees sip honey from flowers and hum their thanks when they leave.” – Rabindranath Tagore. Thank-you!
