Love this church which sits in the residential area further along our street. The two other churches in town are near the shops. I feel more connection with this one, abiding with us in our neighbourhood. Its simple, white, classic style feels welcoming and familiar. Photos taken in autumn, 06 May. I particularly like the combination of the blue door, blue sky, and red leaves, Liz. Very pretty.

Thanks Tanja, those elements sure do come together beautifully. It was lovely to be there that day.

I’m glad you do! I’d like to know more about how it came to have such nice hinges.

Did some local rapscallion steal one of the hinges or does that represent the portion of the town’s citizens who are unhinged? 🙂 The church does appear very welcoming.

It’s a very nice community here and hard to imagine that anyone would have stolen the hinge. I’d like to know more about the hinges because they’re seem very elaborate for a small town church. If anyone’s numbered in the ‘unhinged’ I’d sure to be included! 😀
