The rooster on the mantelpiece.
Those tusks!
Nigel got this pic of the trailer a couple days prior to our visit.

Cool crower. I like the shadow in the first image. We’ve got a similar rooster over our sink.

Nice! Somewhere we have a rooster made of rusty scrap metal that’s quite a character.

Fancy rooster and cool pic with his shadow on the wall. I guess that crowing must be working for the hotel.

I loved the shadow effects in this pub, from the rooster and the deer antlers.

The rooster on the mantel is fun, but the one I like is the one painted on the side of the trailer. Look at that expression!

I did take another look Linda, specifically at the expression, and it’s a very truculent looking rooster. The ‘look’ actually reminded me of Roadrunner from the cartoon 🙂

I like the handsome rooster – reminds me of Jimmy, my family’s bantam rooster when I was a kid. He used to like to sit outside on the kitchen windowsill, waiting for something interesting to eat to be passed out through the window to him. (Or maybe he just liked to keep an eye on us!)
