Thank you for coming by Jane; its a treat at Maple Glen to be able to see these gorgeous birds roaming freely outside where we can photograph them with no aviary netting in between! This is the first time that one of them has volunteered to run along and keep us company – as soon as we walked in the entrance he appeared out of nowhere and decided to come with us for a while 🙂

That’s really up close and personal with the golden boy. It’s beautiful and majestic. Can imagine designers getting influenced by these colors.
