Yes, I know how you feel and it makes me extra grateful to be in spring. A good autumn is very beautiful but like you, I’m always aware that winter is just around the corner!
Happy Spring to you, Liz. I tend to follow the astronomical calendar for the seasons rather than the meteorological one, so I don’t change seasons for a few more weeks. 🙂
Fair enough Mike. I find spring kicks into gear late August and by 01 Sept one really feels like celebrating here. We were out y’day afternoon and there’s lots of blossom and bulbs. Forsythia is the latest addition with its bright yellow blossom (shrub that can be grown as a hedge).
