Nature Photography by Steven Kessel

I’ve been following Steven Kessel’s blog for a while now and today I thought “I must share this treasure of a blog with my followers, right now !!!” and having received immediate permission to use four images for the purpose of recommending his blog, I’ve got straight to work. Actually, I’ve used five images – hmm!

Steven Kessel lives in Tucson, Arizona but takes his camera everywhere so there’s plenty of images taken in Arizona but also other places he goes like Alaska.

Below I share with you a tiny selection of images from those at his site, and I’ll give you links to some of his blog-posts. I found his site a bit challenging to navigate but persevere because the photos are amazing 🙂

Steven provides large-size versions of his images so simply go to the original blog-post to access a much larger version.

Now, just a quick word. Being from New Zealand you can’t blame me for getting carried away with bear photos. Steven has a huge range of photos and its just my fascination with bears that means they dominate my little selection here!

  1. Every picture is so beautiful Liz.
The two bear pics made me write this: ” A little time to reflect is all you need to start loving someone all over again!” 🙂
That beautiful dragonfly , will it ever return to the same piece of twig? What if that twig had fallen in love with her? Anyone (anything) can fall in love with her, she is so beautiful.
I feel like picking up my camera and going around. ( Am not good at it though.. ) 🙂
